Well the day is fast approaching for my second 5k race.  I will be running in the Richardson Gobble Hobble this Saturday.  Unfortunately today I find myself a little under the weather so training is a bit tough.  Hopefully all will be good.  I am not usually much of a runner but lately have found my health an important factor in my life so I am making an effort.  Right now my time is about 34:33 for a 5K so lets hope for at least that!  Good luck to me!
